Yes , you can. If you got 30 fuel bills together, any not add it all together to the system using AVLView's upload feature rather than wasting your valuable time adding one by one?

Adding fuel log as an .xls file

Step 1. Go to <Service and Maintenance> module on main menu.

Step 2. Go to <Load Refuel data> on sub tab.

Step 3. Choose the vehicle (from drop-down list) for which fuel entries have to be logged.

Step 4. Download the sample file for fuel log as in the following image.

Step 5. Fill in the details from fuel invoices/bills and update odometer reading at the time of refill, if you find a difference between vehicle odometer & AVLView reading.

Step 6. Browse and upload the file once data is entered and click continue to review the columns.

Step 7. Once done, finish uploading and you could view all your uploaded data in 'Fuel Entry' (Service and Maintenance -> Vehicles -> Fuel Entry) and 'Fuel Log Report' (Service and Maintenance -> Reports -> Fuel Log).

Tips:

- Fuel log report can be downloaded as .xls/.pdf files.

- Accuracy of report values entirely depends on the fuel log data you add.

- You may experience a marginal error of up to 2% in odometer readings.

- Currencies vary according to geography.
