Once you place the purchase order for a certain number of GPS tracking units, our sales team thoroughly analyse your request and send you the price quote. As soon as the initial advance payment is done, your purchase order will be passed to our Client Success team, who’ll then take over your case and initiate the installation process.
Installation process starts with a welcome call from our Client Success team through which all relevant information required for installation would be collected. After cross-verifying the location and AVLView field engineer availability in your area, you would be offered a couple of installation dates & times from which, you could choose the most convenient one.
As per the confirmed installation schedule, our field engineer arrives at site with fully configured & tested GPS devices. Throughout the installation process, our Client Success team stay online with the field engineers to make sure that the installation & testing process go smooth. Once the GPS device installation is completed, AVLView field engineer notifies the device IMEI number & activated mobile SIM number to Client Success team. These details are updated in your new AVLView account which starts bringing the location data in.
A test drive is done by our field engineer or someone from your end, which is thoroughly monitored and analysed by the Client Success team to ensure quality requirements are met. Any data discrepancy or GPS device malfunctioning found during the testing period will be closely monitored and rectified without any delay as we believe quality is way more important than the quantity we acquire. And this is reflected in our installation process too, we always commit to do large scale installations in phases, to ensure we are providing the quality we offer for each installation.
You would then receive an automated email from our system to the registered email id, which would contain a URL to set your password. Login to your AVLView account using your username and newly set password, and you could start tracking your vehicles live, the next moment onwards.
